A pioneer in the Robotic Process Automation technology movement, Richard Milam brought a revolutionary operational efficiency solution to organizations worldwide with his conception of Foxtrot RPA, EnableSoft's flagship product. Since founding the company in 1995, he has become a leading expert in the related fields of AI and machine learning. He formerly held sales and consulting positions for several of the largest banking software companies, and served in the United States Navy as a nuclear-trained engineer in the Navy's submarine service.
With more than 40 years of experience providing legal services to corporate and business clients, Cleat Simmons manages the corporate development arm of the company. Prior to joining EnableSoft, he served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Laurus International Enterprises, and Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Sungard Higher Education. He holds degrees from the United States Air Force Academy, the University of Michigan, and a Juris Doctorate from the Vanderbilt University School of Law.
Aaron Bultman has over 15 years experience in programming, product design, product management, and operations. In his current role, he leads EnableSoft's robotic process automation product development teams in North America and Europe, manages research and development, and is the head technology adviser for Foxtrot channel partners. He previously worked in IT at Siemens Westinghouse Power Corp.
A finance and accounting professional with 25 years of management experience, Leila Ribeiro's responsibilities at EnableSoft, Inc. encompass finance, accounting, human resources, and reporting. Prior to joining EnableSoft in 2015, she spent 15 years in Treasury for the Orlando Sanford International Airport. She holds an MBA from Florida Metropolitan University as well as the Certified Treasury Professional designation.
Craig Petersen brings more than 20 years of operations and software company management experience to EnableSoft. He most recently served as Chief Operating Officer and Director for a SaaS company PowerDMS, and has owned and managed a number of companies including New Media Networks, a pioneer in live athletic event streaming that was purchased by XOS Technologies in 2004. He holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and dual-degrees in Business and Theology from Grace University.
Karen Reichle, a seasoned business and technology executive with a passion for optimizing human capital through process automation, culminated a long career as a commercial banker and executive at Bank of America. Prior to joining EnableSoft in 2015, she founded and lead a consulting company that provided professional services to the banking industry. In her current role, she leads the North American professional services and customer success teams.
Anna Abramovs has 10 years experience in a wide variety of fields that include operations, technology, marketing and accounting. Now as Vice President of EnableSoft's Technology and Channel Partner Program, she leads both the onboarding and account management of our partner accounts. She is also a part of the global partnership team, Foxtrot Alliance, which was established to support partner companies as they plan, implement and deploy the Foxtrot solution.
As Director of Software Development, Eric Herrera is responsible for the production and development of EnableSoft's software products, including its flagship robotic process automation solution, Foxtrot. He has served in this role for EnableSoft since 2001, bringing operational efficiencies to corporate businesses worldwide. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in computer science and mathematics from Vanderbilt University.
Poul Lindorf brings more than 20 years of management and consultancy experience within the software, distribution, and channel partnership markets. Previously, he built an RPA service line focusing on Foxtrot RPA at the Danish consultancy firm, Basico. He then built on that success by forming Foxtrot Alliance, a partnership that extends the deployment of Foxtrot through value-added resellers in the broader EMEA market.
Mathias Balslow, also a co-founder in the Foxtrot Alliance global partnership, leads the Technology and Partner Enablement functions in the EMEA region. Prior to that he worked both in the Basico reseller group, as well as, a project manager in the ERP space. He holds a Business Administration and Project Management degree from the Copenhagen Business School.
