Kennebunk Savings Bank has implemented Foxtrot® to create a script that automatically runs six times a month to search through all their customer statements and find fees that were paid to other financial institutions through the use of ATMs, then automatically credit back those fees. “To do such a project manually, it would be a full time position. Foxtrot eliminated the need for the extra personnel and made it possible to accomplish this process within a timely manner.
