The following are reasons that the client would not be permitted to test or run scripts. The "Run Script" tab is grayed out and not available.
1. The database must be loaded. Have client load the database.
2. The emulator is not connected. Have client make sure that their emulator is up and running and also connected to Foxtrot.
3. Script needs to be saved. The asterisk symbol is shown. (above) This occurs when either the script has never been saved or changes have been made to the script and it needs to be resaved.
