1.  Begin from the Admin Center.  To get to the Admin Center do the following:

     a.   Start > Programs > Foxtrot Enterprise or myFoxtrot > Foxtrot Tools
     b.   Log in:   User Name - ’Admin’   Password - ’FOXTROT’ (upper case, this is case sensitive)
     c.   Click ’Global Defaults & Licensing’ tab > click ’Admin Center’.

2.  Click ’Migrate’ button. (NOTE: If you do not see the migrate button then you are not running the Admin Center from the Controller pc)

     a.   Step 1:  Select a Source - Path containing User Profiles or Licenses to migrate.  Browse to locate the Session Manager. This path shows the location of the OLD Controller PC.

     b.   Step 2:  User Profiles - Capable of migrating User Profiles.  (NOTE: If ’Login’ box appears, then logins are enabled and required.  If ’Logins’ are NOT required, click ’Update’ button.)

     c.  Click ’Import User Profiles’. There are two options to choose from.

          1.  Append and Overwrite - This option imports the User Profiles and will overwrite profiles with matching user names.  This will also add to the list if there are new User Profiles.

          2. Replace All - This option deletes ALL current profiles and replaces them with the new list of User Profiles being imported.

     d.  Step 3:  Licenses  - Lists the TOTAL available licenses and allows you to select the number of licenses you wish to migrate.

     e.  Step 4:  If you are upgrading to a new version you will then need to update your client workstations and repoint your desired workstations over to the new Controller’s shared directory.
