1. Open the Excel spreadsheet and verify there are no empty columns. If there are, delete them or enter a value and attempt to import again.
2. If the previous option does not work enable or disable the enhanced import wizard. This is performed in the admin center. Select the workstation setup tab, then either check or uncheck the "Use Microsoft Office Automation for enhanced Excel Import." option. Then check apply changes and attempt to import again.
3. If neither option is successful please call the Support Center at 1 (800) 658-1147. |
