Summary

FoxtrotOne will not open. User receives quick hour glass and no action afterwards

Resolution
  1. Uninstall Foxtrot Suite
  2. Perform search for all files and folders for Foxtrot and delete.
  3. Reboot machine
  4. Perform another search for all files and folder and delete
  5. Install application again and test.
  6. If no success re-download application with antivirus off then install and test.
  7. If no success escalate to Enablesoft Support at 1800 658-1147
