1. Launch the Admin Center via the windows Start menu>All Programs Foxtrot Suite> Foxtrot Tools> Foxtrot Admin Center.
2. Click on Global Defaults and Licensing.
3. Click the Manage Licenses Button.
4. Click the Deactivate licenses button.
5. Select the correct License Server.
6. Select the number of licenses to deactivate.
7. Click Deactivate.
8. Click Yes on the confirmation screen.
9. Click OK to confirm.
10. Close the Deactivate Licenses Screen.
11. Close the Manage License Screen
12. Confirm the number of activated licenses on the Global Defaults screen.
