Change Machine Name

Summary

Process for changing the name of the Machine that the license resides on and/or changing servers.

Resolution

Changing Machine name:

1.       Deactivate the license via the admin center http://www.enablesoft.com/support/deactivateLicenses.aspx

2.       Change the machine name

3.       Reactivate the license via the admin center selecting the correct path in the action process.

Changing servers:

1.       Deactivate the license via the admin center.

2.       Install on new machine. Installation guide http://www.enablesoft.com/support/intallationGuidev3_0.aspx

3.       Reactivate the license on the new server following the installation guide
