Administration Center Error

Summary

User is unable to access the Administration Center due to error with FTAdminocx.ocx file. Either it is outdated or missing. The installation is either corrupt or when the application was installed the user did not have all the correct permissions.

Resolution

1.      Have a local admin uninstall, reboot and reinstall Foxtrot Suite. Make sure there are no previous versions of Foxtrot installed on the machine.

2.      If you are still getting an error do File Search in windows to locate the file in the error message and delete it. Then reinstall.

FTadminocx.ocx error- Have to delete all FTadminocx and comocx files on hard drive and reinstall.
