Admin center closes

Summary

When activating licenses on a Windows server the Admin Center closes automatically.

 

Resolution

Go to Start > Right click on My Computer > Select Properties > Click the Advanced Tab > Click Settings under the Performance  section > Click the tab labeled Data Execution Prevention > Click the Radio button labeled 'Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those that I select.:' > Click ADD > Locate and Select the FTADMIN.exe > Click OK and retry to activate the licenses. 

 

If you log off and back onto the server, you may receive this error. This usually occurs on a Windows server due to security restrictions.

If you receive this error choose the Change Settings option and check the box for Foxtrot. Once this is done you should now be able to activate the licenses.
