A new property manager customer with 4,500 tenant security accounts came to us to set up these accounts. The customer was able to send us the tenant data in spreadsheets which we used to assign new account numbers and add other information needed to manage these accounts. "Using Foxtrot® we created the customer records, opened the new accounts, posted the opening deposit and accrued interest on our core system. We calculated that to open all the accounts manually, it would have taken 375 hours.
