Foxtrot Excellence Award
The
team at Geisinger Health Systems uses Foxtrot and
Amisys Advanced® as a major part of their operations.
Geisinger is just one of the
many organizations in the healthcare industry that are
faced with the challenge of entering premium rates into their
core system. They were able to use Foxtrot
technology to enter their premium rates into Amisys 3
times faster than manual entry with a 100% accuracy
rate. It was important that a reliable
solution was attained because this process directly
affects their financials and customer accounts, thus requiring
an error-free system.
A
knowledge worker used Foxtrot technology to
perform all of the necessary actions with flawless
precision, saving the company upwards of $50k a
year . The innovative
script enters account information, then using
that data, it interacts with numerous screens
in Amisys to assign riders for the policy holder.
Previously, there was no other alternative to manual entry due
to the sensitivity of the process, so Geisinger was elated to
see that Foxtrot was reliable enough to trust with their most
critical daily procedure. While each premium rate entry
used to take approximately five minutes, it now takes 90
seconds to complete with Foxtrot!
Geisinger
had a great team of Jody Johnson, Carl Cohick, Shawn Britton
and Bob Seebold working to perfect this process.
