Foxtrot X Hits the Ground
Running
So
you've heard all this talk about our new product, Foxtrot®
X. You've seen the webinar,
you've read the announcements, you've even visited the Foxtrot
X page on our website. But have you used it
yet? Foxtrot Suite concurrent licenses can be used in "X"
mode as well as LE and FoxtrotOne modes. So check it out,
tie it in with one of your FoxtrotOne scripts and see how
useful it is in your everyday workflow. Enterprise
deployment is available by licensing Foxtrot X in bundles of
10, 50, 200, 500, or more named users.

Foxtrot Hero of the Month
Our
hero of the month is Liz Landes, the IT Manager at the United
Bank of Michigan (UBM).
UBM has taken full advantage of
Foxtrot X and written a script to automate their debit card
ordering process, turning a five minute process into a 54
second bulletproof script. The process involves moving data
between their ITI Navigator core banking system and the online
Metavante card ordering system.
They
were disappointed when previous attempts to find a
solution were unfulfilling, so after attending a webinar
introducing a new EnableSoft product, Foxtrot X, they decided
to revive the integration project to see if the new Foxtrot
technology could perform the job. Foxtrot X seamlessly
integrated both applications giving the end users a new button
in ITI Navigator. With one click of their "Easy Button,"
FoxtrotOne retrieves the client information out of ITI
Navigator and enters it into the online Metavante card
ordering system. Once this action is performed, Foxtrot then
gathers the new card information and attaches it back to the
customer portfolio.
Liz created the script to have
critical errors recovery, flawless accuracy, and to require no
end user programming knowledge, and will be rolling it out to
approximately 100 users within the next few
months.

a solution!
