Foxtrot X Enables Banks to Integrate Their Core Applications Providing Real Time Data to Its Customers

Summit Community Bank recently had the need for Foxtrot® X's integration capabilities, and was able to successfully use it to provide real time data to its customers.
What is customer satisfaction to you? To me, it is how well a business meets or surpasses my expectations. Summit Community Bank was noticing that they were meeting, but weren't quite surpassing their customer's desires. To them, this was unacceptable.
The particular hurdle Scott Jennings, Executive Vice President, was facing was the delayed memo posting of his customer's remote deposit transactions to their online banking site. Customers wanted to be able to log on to their account via the web and check their account available balance after the deposits were made in real time just like if they had used a teller to perform the transaction. He jumped at the chance to improve his customer satisfaction, and decided to implement numerous seats of Foxtrot X throughout the branch.
Scott used the application integration capabilities of Foxtrot X to provide a new button to his end users that when clicked will import the information into FoxtrotOne®, access each account in Metavante® Bankway using the account number, and memo post the activity instantly. He had such great success with his new memo posting process that he saw the need to give this ability to his entire processing department. He deployed the new button to each employee's workstation, and they were able to perform the process that Scott had come to realize was invaluable to Summit Community Bank, all with a single click.
By using Foxtrot to solve their integration and data management problems, these benefits became quickly apparent: 1. Foxtrot X eliminates the time needed for any manual entry 2. Employees don't have to be trained on how to memo post 3. Employees click a button which ensures the data is moved consistently every time
Summit's back was against the wall; they were either going to have to forego satisfied customers or spend over two hours a day on manual memo posting. The integration capabilities of Foxtrot X allows them to walk away with a rough annual savings of $10,000.
Summit's application integration needs are now well taken care of with Foxtrot X; Scott was able to provide behind-the-scenes data management that boosted customer satisfaction and reduced training and operational costs.

Based on your assistance, I was able to successfully write a script that automatically logs a message when an error occurs without having to stop and restart the script manually for each record. Last week, this would have 'liberated' me from having to do so 104 times while the script was trying to run to completion. We will now be even more efficient with this process, plus I can incorporate my newfound knowledge to other scripts which may have similar scenarios in other areas of our bank. Thanks for setting aside some of your valuable time to follow up with my support question.
