Question:  How is Foxtrot X licensed?

Answer:  Because Foxtrot X is included in the Foxtrot Suite, you can run Foxtrot X using one concurrent license.

Foxtrot X Enterprise Bundles are also available for deploying Foxtrot X to a large number of workstations.  Bundles can be purchased for 10, 50, 100, 200, 500 (or more) licenses.  Licenses purchased in bundles are “named-user” licenses.  This means that each license allows one specific workstation to run Foxtrot X.  Bundles feature volume pricing that allows for deploying Foxtrot X on any scale with a compelling Return On Investment.

Question:  Can Foxtrot X add more than one button to an application?

Answer:  Yes.  Foxtrot X can place one button on each window of an application.  If you need to add more than one piece of functionality to a single window in an application, you can design the button to drop down a menu allowing the user to select from a list of tasks to run.

Question:  How many licenses are required to run Foxtrot X?

Answer:  One license is needed to run Foxtrot X.

Question:  Will the button show up each time the application is opened on any desktop?

Answer:  The button will only be present on PCs that have Foxtrot X installed.  As long as Foxtrot X is running, the button will appear in the target application.  Foxtrot X requires one license to run.

Question:  Do you need to tell the settings in the system tray icon to move between different buttons in different applications?

Answer:  No.  Foxtrot X is configured once with a path to your FoxtrotOne project file.  That file contains the necessary script and button definitions to tell Foxtrot X which applications have a new button.

Question:  Is Foxtrot X being used by your clients?

Answer:  Yes. For instance, one client is integrating their core banking system with their online debit card order system.  In just a single click, an employee can order a new debit card for a customer – a process which cost several minutes before deploying Foxtrot X.

   Who's Doing What:
Based on your assistance, I was able to successfully write a script that automatically logs a message when an error occurs without having to stop and restart the script manually for each record.  Last week, this would have 'liberated' me from having to do so 104 times while the script was trying to run to completion.  We will now be even more efficient with this process, plus I can incorporate my newfound knowledge to other scripts which may have similar scenarios in other areas of our bank.  Thanks for setting aside some of your valuable time to follow up with my support question.
