We must receive a written request for refund for specific Foxtrot Software Licenses within the Ninety (90) Day Period. The Ninety (90) Day period starts from earlier of the effective date of the license agreement or activation for the particular Foxtrot Licenses you are requesting refund. This money-back guarantee is limited to the license and maintenance fees paid for particular Foxtrot licenses and excludes fees paid for prior Foxtrot licenses outside the Ninety (90) Day Period, upgrades to existing software or customization of software (all of which are nonrefundable). Certain of our Products that do not fall within the terms of this paragraph, and are marked with the phrase "non-refundable", "no guarantee" "all guarantees excluded", or the like are also non-refundable. This refund is your full and exclusive remedy for use of the Foxtrot product within the Ninety (90) Day Period. Please allow 30 days to receive the refunded amount.

Please be advised if you request the refund, the licenses for the returned and refunded Foxtrot software will be immediately terminated. You must immediately cease all use of the Foxtrot Software, return all Foxtrot software covered by these license to EnableSoft (to the extent feasible), and remove the Foxtrot software covered by the refunded licenses from all computers, servers and other electronic equipment.
