One of the major projects People Bank & Trust used Foxtrot for was to change the ratings code in 120,000 customer records to help become BSA Compliant. When the auditors suggested they move from a HI MD LO risk scale to a numeric, 7-factor risk rating just days before the start of their BSA Exam they knew they needed the speedy and accurate performance of Foxtrot. Phillip Wheat, Vice President at People Bank & Trust commented “we were able to accomplish this change in less than 6 hours using Foxtrot LE.
